DJ Mad Linx has been a powerful force on radio since 1994. Believing that you should always strive for greatness, Linx has never stopped his quest for excellence.

DJ Mad Linx's radio career began at WMNF community radio. From there Linx expanded his radio presence to WTMP in 1997 and in 1998 became Mixshow director. In 2002, Mad Linx became the afternoon drive jock for WTMP Hot 96.1 FM. DJ Mad Linx also became national recording artist Angie Martinez’s Tour DJ that same year. In 2003 Linx took his legendary status to the #1 station in Tampa, WLLD Wild 98.7.

In 2005 DJ Mad Linx was not only heard, but seen internationally as well. Black Entertainment Television took notice of Linx’s strong personality, on-screen presence and hip-hop credibility naming him the new host of the long standing and ever popular show Rap City. This major move is a credit to the hard work and perseverance that Linx has put into establishing himself in the entertainment industry.

Adding to his on air presence, Black Entertainment Television named DJ Mad Linx the host of their 2005 fall season game show, The Road Show to rave reviews and ratings. In February of 2006 DJ Mad Linx went back to Rap City full time. Upon his return the ratings increased by 30%. During DJ Mad Linx’s tenure Rap City remained one of BET’s top rated shows.

In 2007, DJ Mad Linx became the host for the internationally syndicated radio program Outta Control Radio. This highly rated program generates listenership in the millions.

During 2010 in what many may consider a surprising move, Linx has now become an On-Air Personality for Tennis Channel. “Sports of all kind have been a passion for me, now I get to take my entertainment & TV experience up close & personal to a sport I love…It won’t be the only one either!”

Never one to remain complacent, Linx has now turned his attention to the action behind the camera. “From day one I knew where the true power was, behind the scenes and I couldn’t wait to get there.” Mad Linx the DJ and Host has now added the title of Executive Producer to his accolades. “I always learn everything I can when I’m in a new situation so that I can apply those lessons to future endeavors.” In 2011, Linx began production on “The Trend,” a lifestyle pop culture show that Linx produces and co-hosts with model/actress Joli Robinson.

2011 saw Linx return to the Sunshine State to join the staff of WPOW Power 96 as DJ & Host of “The Power New at 2” Monday thru Friday bringing the newest music & exclusives to Miami’s Party Station. “I love being in the Rivera of the south. It’s where the best parties are, and I’m here to make my mark!” says Linx.

While staying very busy in front of and behind the camera, Mad Linx has still never strayed from his passion…performing. Linx can still be found DJing and hosting internationally. As co-host of The ESPN/EA Sports Madden Bowl during Super Bowl weekend each year, EA Sports’ events coordinator says “DJ Mad Linx makes this event what it is.”
